A Reflection After Our Latest Lunch & Learn

After our recent Lunch & Learn for The Big Shift, I sat quietly with a deep sense of gratitude.

We had a short window of time – just 50 minutes – and yet the impact reached far beyond the session itself. What stayed with me most wasn’t the content or the structure, but the way the work landed in people’s lives.

I watched women soften.

I watched understanding replace shame.

I watched fear begin to loosen its grip.

Before the session, my prayer was simple:

God, sow tremendous seeds into everyone who attends.

And in the days that followed, I could see those seeds taking root.

The Big Shift is not about quick fixes or dramatic promises. It’s about creating a safe, honest space where women can finally tell the truth about their relationship with money – without judgment, pressure, or self-attack.

When that safety is present, something powerful happens: clarity emerges, and action becomes possible.

What continues to move me is how personal this journey is for each woman.

The same principles meet people in different places, in language that speaks directly to their lived experience. There is no comparison, no rushing – only progress that feels real and sustainable.
