Privacy Policy

Harvest Family Finance ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name and email when you take the quiz, register for the Lunch & Learn, subscribe to Sunday Seeds, buy a programme, or contact us. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

Information collected automatically: basic usage and device data through cookies and analytics.

3. How we use your information

To deliver the Lunch & Learn, Sunday Seeds, and any programmes you join; to send the resources and emails you've requested; to respond to your enquiries; to improve our content and services; and, with your consent, to send you relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Our lawful bases

Your consent (for marketing emails), performance of a contract (for paid programmes), and our legitimate interests (to run and improve our services).

5. Sharing your information

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate — for example our email platform, our payment processor, and our hosting and CRM — and where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email connect@harvestfamilyfinance.com.

9. Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work and to understand how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children. (Our children's books are purchased by adults.)

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version will always appear on this page.

12. Complaints

Please contact us first with any concerns. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
